She is simple and sweet and features the third Angel Wing Pattern available from my Angel Series of patterns. The other 2 options are linked in my post. I have included the instructions for the small heart in my post and I have linked some other options for different heart styles as well. You can sew or glue the heart to her hands. Or simply leave her hands in prayer pose if you prefer. "
