Easy Crochet Christmas Tree

"This easy little crochet Christmas tree is made from a simple feather stitch square, just cleverly seamed together to create an adorable tree! You can use any yarn to make these trees. The yarn in the sample is a DK weight cotton yarn with a size G hook, but any combination will work for this pattern. Techniques you will need to know are chaining, single crochet, half double crochet and the feather stitch (there is a video of the feather stitch). There is a separate video tutorial walking you through how to turn the square into a tree and add the trunk. These make great gift toppers, ornaments for the tree or appliques, among many other uses.
