I-Cord is useful in so many projects so its a very handy stitch to learn. This quickie little project is the perfect way to learn and make something practical as well. Its also a great project for those small bits of leftover yarn. My teenage granddaughters love the chunky look of I-cord, so I dont think it will take much to add this project to their lists.

This is super easy to make, I have used this as a way of teaching my little ones to crochet and to help them to get the hang of gauge as my daughter pulls the thread really tight, she has made lots in different colours to give to her friends and you can add lots of different embellishments such as beads and charms.

I am getting into crochet, and this pattern caught my eye. I like the simplicity of this pattern, so I'll definitely have to try it. The buttons are a neat way to add some style to the bracelets, too!

What a great idea for using up leftovers of wool and its a really nice pattern too. Quick and easy Im always looking for quick and easy things to make in between bigger projects and something that the kids will also love making during holidays. My daughters already selected some buttons and beads that she wants to use on the ones she wants to make.
