This is the cutest baby hat ever! I always wonder who comes up with these great ideas. I love Hershey kisses, but I never would have thought to make a hat shaped like one. I am looking for some cute patterns to make for my nephew, due to arrive in October, and I think this one just made my list!

Ok I'm very new at crocheting :((( and I so want to try and make this, I don't see where it says how many chains you start off with for a newborn or otherwise :(

I make this type hat in silver grey yarn, since kisses are wrapped in silver paper, and put a pink or blue ribbon at the top for our local hospital. Really cute!

I live in Hershey! I am going to try hard to figure this out for my grandson who will arrive this week AND even though I'm a novice but if I can figure this out I am going to make a bunch and deliver them with my daughter to the hospital in time for Christmas! :) Thank you

I love this little pattern. My daughter in law asked me to make her a hershey's kiss hat for my grandson that is supposed to come into this world this week. I found that using puff paint or just regular fabric paint works very well on the ribbon. I took it to her the other day and she loved it. I can make 4 or5 of these hat in less than 1 hour. Thank you for the pattern. I plan on making some and donating them to our local hospitals for the newborn's and premies.
