Easy Crocheted Baby Blanket
Make an Easy Crocheted Baby Blanket for that little peanut. This is a beautiful baby afghan pattern that uses a variegated yarn, but of course you can choose your own color. Because this free crochet pattern uses a chunky Lion Brand yarn it works up quickly.
Crochet HookK/10.5 or 6.5 mm hook
Yarn Weight(6) Super Bulky/Super Chunky (4-11 stitches for 4 inches)
Completed Blanket is 36 x 36 inches
Materials:
- 5 skeins Lion Boucle Color #201 Sprinkles
- Crochet Hook Size 10
Instructions:
Chain 68 (or enough for 36 inches)
1st row: (RS). 1 sc in 1st ch from hook. *Ch 1. Skip next ch. 1 sc in next ch. Repeat from * to end of chain. Turn
2nd row: Ch 1. 1 sc in first sc. *1 sc in next Ch-1 space. Ch 1. Repeat from * to last ch-1 sp and sc. 1 sc in next ch-1 sp. 1 sc in last sc. Turn
3rd row: Ch 1. 1 sc in first sc. *Ch1. 1 sc in next ch-1 sp. Repeat from * to last 2 sc. Ch1. Skip next sc. 1 sc in last sc. Turn.
Repeat Row 2 and Row 3 until project measures 36 inches. Fasten off and Bury ends.
