Its hard to believe this delicate creation is actually a Beginner project. This is just stunning. This scarf is worked across the width, so you can make it as long as you want, or you could make it shorter and create a cowl instead. It begins the Repeat at Row 2, so theres very little to master. If youre a bit past the Beginner stage, it would make the ideal TV binge project.

Oh my! I cannot believe there are no comments on here about this absolutely breath-taking Maureen Scarf! It's such a delicate, intricate bit of lace! I love the way it's intertwined! It also looks so super soft and dulcet. How sweet for the artist to name the pattern after her mum! One of my favorite parts is the serpentine pattern on the ends. I think I may even have a go at the alpaca yarn...something new for me!
