It took me a little while to figure out the designers stitch pattern. I usually read through the comments to see if other crafters are having the same problem Im experiencing. Her Diagonal Block stitch was the only thing that gave me any trouble. She needs to tweak the explanation a little, and say that the first Double Crochet in the sequence is the one the rest are worked around.

What a creative and inventive pattern stitch. In just three rounds the scarf will be finished. It makes such a welcome pop of color in the dreary gray and cold winter months. However, don't overlook this for early spring, either! The color almost resembles a robin's egg blue. It's a series of double crochets done up in a specific way. Very interesting to the eye! The specific yarn used, Simply Soft, is perfect for drape.
