I saw these and the first thing I thought of was EMOJIS. They are so popular right now, and would be right at home with this pattern. Make the coasters smallerthey are just circlesand they would be adorable appliqus. Im sure I could find a use for a larger Smiley Face or Emoji as well. So simple to work up, and a variety of ways to use them. My idea of the perfect pattern.
