This looks like such an easy pattern. It would be a great item to make for an ornament exchange, or to give all your friends and family as a gift! If you want to, you could use scrap yarn, and make a bunch of different colored stars! You could also make them for your coworkers as a little gift to let them know you are thinking of them.

What I like about this pattern is that its based on bulky yarn! Almost every other pattern Ive seen for Christmas decorations uses regular worsted or similar weight. My tree decorations this year are based on a homemade theme, using patchwork, granny squares, etc, so this will fit right in. Cant wait to get started! Thanks so much for sharing this gem

I have so many of Tamaras patterns. She never disappoints me. They are usually fast and easy to follow. This looks to be the same. I am thinking of making these in assorted colors from my left over yarn stash. Maybe in silver or gold. Or put those colors in the centers. I know I will be gluing flat back rhinestones in the centers.twinkle, twinkle....
