Kara Maikis Gunza

Kara Gunza is a wife and mommy and loves all things yarn and crochet!  Her grandmother taught her how to crochet when she was 9 years old, and she has been crocheting ever since. From trying new patterns to designing her own, she always has a crochet project stashed in her bag. 

In 2011, Kara started her blog, Petals to Picots, in order to share her love and knowledge of crochet by providing crochet tutorials and resources, free patterns and project ideas, and reviews of related books and products. She also designs patterns to sell in her online shops. What she loves most, whether it be on blog or through Facebook, is getting to interact with all the awesome crocheters out there!
