This square worked up pretty quickly. I made it in about 10 minutes. My finished square, unblocked, is 4.5 inches. These make a nice and unique little granny square that can be used for a lot of different types of projects. My husband is a bit of a hippy. He will like these.

Boy, am I happy to find this pattern! I live in a university town, and despite how long the Peace Sign has been around, it still remains hugely popular on campus. I plan to make the Granny Square Hobo bag, but substitute the grannies for this square instead. Lots of neon colors, too.
