Alyssa Titus

Alyssa Titus has been crocheting for eight years now. As her passion for crocheting developed, so did her love for knitting, and then, jewelry making. Alyssa's mom taught her how to chain and double crochet for a ripple baby afghan, but after she finished, she taught herself everything else using online video tutorials and sometimes written tutorials. Her mother also taught her the basics of knitting, and she figured out the rest of knitting and jewelry making out with the help of the internet. 

Alyssa started her blog in July of 2013, and it has grown a lot since then. She has discovered a love of design patterns on her own and trying to get everything written out. She tends to think with a mathematical side, which influences the way she writes patterns and visualizes the ideas. Alyssa enjoys trying out different stitch patterns, and as most of her projects are scarves, she gets to try so many different patterns.
