This is a great market bag. The x-stitch will provide the fresh fruits and veggies the opportunity to breath until you can get them home. I am not sure how roomy the bag is but I can only assume there will be some give in the fabric because of the open weave. I really like the loud colors. I will be easy to spot in the market as my husband always wanders off.

You would think what grabbed my attention with this x-stitch market bag was the colors but it was not. I think the handle is just a marvelous idea. It will strengthen the bag as it is attached to the outside. The color is not to my liking but on the direction page, I could get behind the muted color bag. I can not wait to make this.

This one will for sure and for certain brighten my days! I can't imagine working on these eye popping colors without a smile on my face and a spring in my step. I love the way the handles wrap around the bottom of the bag for extra strength. No more flimsy bags for me no sir! I'll also be able to add two new x-stitches to my repertoire. There's even tutorials for them! I'll have decide whether I want a medium or large bag and then decide my colors. Oh my!

This seems to be the summer of the rainbow. I see rainbows on almost everything it seems. I made a bag recently with almost the exact same colors of cotton yarn so I have leftovers from that one that I can use to make this one. Can never have too many beach bags here in Florida.

I have printed this pattern out because I plan on starting it tonight. I love love love this bag. i will be making several for charity. It is a great way to use up my small amounts of different colors.

Oh this is such a fun bag, I can not wait to make it! The beautiful bright and happy colors are so eye catching and I just love the different stitches in the different colors. I just know that I am going to make several of them because I keep thinking of yet another friend or family member that I know will love to have one.
