What a beautiful summer top. I can hardly believe that it is made with two rectangles. The crochet stitch reminds me of the broom stitch lace although it is never called that. The video is also a great plus. Pink is my favorite color and this sugar drop summer top is really ranking high on my "To Do List".

This design really looks very complicated. I love the look of this delicate pink top and would love to have it to add to my wardrobe. The directions are pretty straight forward and I am sure I can make this without issues. I can not wait to complete this.

April is also one of the hottest months here in South Florida, but there are very few months that are not hot here. I love the shade of pink she used on her top. This would be great layered over a simple tank top of bralette to give you a little more modesty when out in public. Great beach cover up also.

Very easy and oh so pretty. It is light enough to wear over a halter top here in Florida too. It's hard to find crochet project that won't over come you with the heat. This is perfect. I think done in white would be best so you can wear it over any color.

Look at this really oh so pretty in pink drop stitch light weight sweater! I know the Lion Brand 24/7 must be a mercerized cotton, which would give it that beautiful sheen. Lately, I have been getting into apparel items more and more. I think I could take this on, as a newbie with the drop stitch.... I see how simple it is. Plus, those wide swaths of space where you don't even have to crochet a stitch, well, that will probably make the sweater work up very quickly. I love this!
