Ocean's Breath Cardi

"The Ocean’s Breath Cardi is a boho-chic short-sleeved cardigan. It is slightly oversized and has beautiful lace work combined with textured star stitches. This may just be your new favorite layering piece for spring and summer. And add some optional fringe for a boho, festival vibe. Pattern is written in sizes XS – 5XL. For this cardigan, I used Lion Brand Comfy Cotton Blend. This is a DK cotton blend yarn, with a 50% cotton and 50% polyester fiber content. This yarn is a great option because its budget-friendly and you only need 3-4 cakes depending on your size. While I recommend a cotton or cotton blend yarn for most spring and summer projects, any DK weight yarn will do for this. Some other great options are Lion Brand CoBoo or TruBoo or Paintbox DK Cotton yarn."

Crochet HookK/10.5 or 6.5 mm hook

Yarn Weight(3) Light/DK (21-24 stitches to 4 inches)

Crochet GaugeMeasured with pattern lacework crocheted in rows: Ch 18, sc in 2nd chain from hook and each ch across. Follow BODY SECTION directions for Rows 4-10.

The following swatch should measure 4 1/2” wide and 3” tall. Measurement should be taken after blocking swatch.
