Mandala Poncho
"Yarn used for this crochet poncho was 2 worsted weight mandala yarn cakes in Spirit, they come in 150 gram cakes. I made this poncho for my Vow Renewal. The free pattern comes with a link to a video tutorial on how to work the flower detail. Overall it is a pretty quick project. Yarn to substitute would be caron cakes or maybe you would like it in a solid worsted weight yarn with just the flower details in a different color."

Very pretty poncho. What the problem is that the printable version isn't available, this person wants you to go to their Etsy page, then for a small fee... You do have the pattern available on the internet page, but I don't have access to the internet all the time. No way to copy/paste into Word, this function has been disabled on her web page. I am slightly disappointed. Beautiful poncho though.

Hi ksedore 9071079, we're sorry you're having trouble saving this pattern. We just tried to copy/paste the pattern into a Word doc and were able to do so with no issues. Perhaps if you try again and paste into Word using "keep text only" or "paste as unformatted text" you will have better luck. Again, we're sorry for the inconvenience and hope you are able to save the pattern! - Editors of AllFreeCrochet

All you have to do is print the page to a pdf. Then you have it saved on your computer for whenever you need it. PDF should be an option to choose when you press the CTRL key plus the P key to print. Change your printer to PDF in the drop down and voila. If you don't have a PDF option no worries. Download Primo PDF free, once you do you will see this option when you go to print. Here is where to get it, https//www.primopdf.com

This is an interesting poncho to say the least. Right smack dab in the middle of the poncho you have this change in design that really makes this poncho different. I think the designer is calling it a flower stitch and had provided a link for a video tutorial. I just love this.

Love the color of this Mandala Poncho. I like the monochromatic effect of the poncho combined with the alternating black on the collar and hem areas. Nice!

While I do love my Caron Cakes yarns, they are best for afghans, scarves, shawls and THICKER ponchos. If you need a thicker poncho then go ahead and expand your yarn color choice by picking one of those. However, I have recently really fallen in love with the Mandala yarn. They work up lightweight, but my triangle shawls I have made with them do keep me WARM! Can't get enough of looking at this beautiful poncho. Thank you for sharing this with the rest of us.

Wow this is a sweet looking Mandala Poncho! I love the colors and the Flower Stitch really sets this off like no other. There is some great info on the pattern page, like how to make your own cake of yarn and a great video for how to do the Flower stitch. I have not made this one yet, but it is on my must make list. I'm looking forward to making this one. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.

I love madalas. They are so colorful and bright. This poncho is no exception. I love the color theme chosen for this one which makes it perfect to layer over a pair of jeans and a light weight shirt for a casual look that says you are ready for a day outdoors. Very easy project with easy to follow instructions.
