This woman appreciates the fact that I can make this to fit ME. So many times, cute apparel patterns only go up to a size large. This one sizes all the way up to fit a 53" bust. It is so pretty how there are only two buttons which creates a pretty fly away effect. She took a lot of consideration when making this pattern, given the way that the yarn wants to work! It WILL lengthen over time, naturally. And the width may seem kind of large at first, but the yarn will stretch in length so it will kind of take away a little from the width. neat!

I am used to Tunisian crochet creating a very thick fabric, however this does not look like it is. The hook is large for the yarn, so it must be the reason for this. It is a very nice looking top. I own a few like this that were store bought. It will be nice to make my own.

This Elisa sleeveless crochet top is really pretty. There are a lot of written directions and only a couple of hard drawn designs at the end. I am hopping that because this is Tunisian stitch I can complete this anyway. My logic, if you can create the Tunisian stitch you just have to know where to stop and start on the pattern.

I have seen the Tunisian stitch mostly in afghans and I was resigned not to purchase yet another tool. Searching over patterns for summer, I am seeing the Tunisian stitch used in a lot of clothing so I just have to bite the bullet and purchase the hook. I am running out of space for all my stuff!!!

Well, I think it is finally time....many of the patterns that I really like are Tunisian. I have seen how it is done and I have to say I love the way many of the stitches look. I kept telling myself do I want to learn another hobby??? But I see tops like the Elisa Sleeveless and I have to say yes!

Wow I love the look of this Elisa Sleeveless Crochet Top. The pattern is very well written and a easy read. Now the only problem I have is finding the Tunisian hook with the plastic extender. Not sure where to buy one?? I have not seen them in the craft store so I'll have to Google it. Other than that I'm up for the challenge to create this beautiful top. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.
