I cannot stress this enough. When you are making a kimono, it is so important to choose the right yarn. The right yarn will provide superb drape. There are more than a few yarns that you can use for a kimono like this. What a beautiful design, with such detail. This is not an undertaking for a beginner, that is for sure. Good luck, and I hope yours turn out just like the picture!
