Burnt orange is a color very similar to rust. I like the color rust that is the reason I made it our wedding motif. I am very attracted to this Burnt Orange Striped Throw because of the color combination used - very earthy and rustic. I cannot imagine this being in a different color.

It took me a little while to hunt this down on the Red Heart website, but I finally found it. I like to download patterns whenever possible, and if youd like this one, too, its listed at the Optimistic Striped Throw (LW2523). We live near a certain university with team colors that are very close to those in the sample. I have a very generous alumni friend in mind for this special project.
