This Mariah Top is just beautiful, thank you for the free pattern! For what feels like ages I have searched for a really lovely tank top and am thrilled to have found this one! Our teenage daughter and her friends are going to leap around with joy when I show it to them and, thanks to the comment by craftedbyfox below, I am feeling brave enough to give this a try despite the Advanced rating. Wish me luck please.

Although it states advanced I found this pattern quite easy to follow, the pattern is clear and although it looks daunting it is fairly repetative in the stitches used and so is easier than it looks. The top looks fab and I changed the sizing quite easily to make a slightly smaller version for my 10 year old who wanted one for the summer. It was quite quick to make and they look great made in bright colours as I used a shocking pink.
