Adorable. There are a few posts of socks that were tested for the designer. They all turned out great. Some were crocheted in solids and others a mash of colors that show the heels and toes. There is a suggestion to block with a sock blocker. Now I have to figure out what that is. Found it in a google search.

To date I have never made a pair of socks. The candy corn color is really adorable but may be a color I use at a later date. After reading over the directions I really feel like I can make a pair of adult socks so I think I will start with basic colors and then move to more holiday'ish colors as I grow in crochet.

Two thingslooks like I missed this out on this Crochet Along, too, and why didnt I think of this idea before? We get Winter here in the Appalachian mountains, so warm socks are a necessity even with bare wooden floors. I love this anklet style, and even though its past Halloween, Im working up a pair of these for myself! Candy Corn is my favorite.

I love these candy corn socks! I would wear them with my Halloween leggings around the house and just look super cozy and sassy, to boot! It is a fun and quirky gift for a girlfriend. However, it is such that you could easily do these up in holiday colors or nice muted neutrals if that is what you prefer. How about you add a pair of red, green, or gold jingle bells to the back for some goofy Christmas fun?

I have never crocheted socks but there is always a first time. This pattern looks easy to follow. I love socks and am always looking for patterns for them. When you make your own socks they fit your better than store bought ones. I have small feet so it is nice to have them more form fitting. I won't do it on the candy corn colors but it will be a good way to use some of that stash. Thank you for the pattern.
