This pattern was easy to follow and made a lovely shrug. I didn't use the yarn stated in the pattern, instead doing my own thing. I also made the shrug longer so it covers more of my back. I am thrilled with the way it turned out. Now I can transform summer clothing into winter clothing too. ) I would recommend this pattern to anyone.

What a pretty top. It's very easy to make. I read the directions and was surprised at how really simple it is. The pattern is very well written and has help along the way. It would be great for winter evenings here in Florida. So I would use a more sedate color combo.

It is still hard for me to believe that you can just make a rectangle and bind it in a couple of strategic places and wind up with something a fabulous as this. I wish I had stock in a yarn company because I am going to buy a lot of yarn and make at least two of these.

I am loving the yarn she used. The colors look amazing and it's just my style. Black is a good grounding color while all the other bright colors just look like a color explosion-hence the name "Firecracker"! Now, I have never made a shrug but I have seen several that I'd be interested in trying out for myself. This is one of them.

How easy can this be. This pattern is well written and when needed, the designer provides additional information. I like the way hdc and dc were used to make this design. I'm not much of a shrug person, but this one is too easy not to make. Thank you for the free pattern. Cute fur babies )

LOVE THIS for wearing outdoors in Fall or even for just looking elegant and beautiful in any season really, lol! The striking color palette is so unusual and I am so glad that it is an Easy pattern so that I can crochet it in the evenings while also spending time with the family.
