Milan Summer Wrap
"This wrap is so soft, stylish and cozy. Pair it with jeans or for an evening out on the town. The Milan Summer Wrap is practical and comfortable. I would imagine this would look astonishing in any color. Here I used Moss With Cotton Fair Yarn. It is a #2 lightweight so it's drape is beautiful! The wrap is one size fits most. Great present for any time. This would make a beautiful Mother’s Day Present."

Wow I love the look of this Milan Summer Wrap! The pattern is well written and easy to understand and follow. I'm looking forward to making this one in a light weight yarn. I'm thinking a soft light weight yarn would work best so it would not be heavy by just light and fluffy. I have saved this one and will be crocheting one. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet wrap pattern.

I know some of the other commenters have talked about working this up with cotton yarn, but this is one that Id like to try with some of the bamboo or other silk like yarns. This just looks like something that should be light and airy, and float around your neck instead of lay there. I do love that color though. I cant tell completely from the photo, but its sort of a celery color.

I love working with cotton yarns and cotton is so much more comfortable and natural to wear. Love the looks of this summer shawl. Even though it may be warm out, I always need a wrap to wear in the evenings when we go out for late night walks on the beach. This would be perfect to snuggle with.

How elegant and pretty! I agree it would look great in any color. It would be lovely in charcoal for a slightly dressier look.

Here is the Milan Summer Wrap, which is a cool combination of stitches ....single crochets, double crochets and triples, with chains and skips in there. There is enough to keep you interested while you are working, and it will make you feel very accomplished! I find it amazing that it only requires three balls of yarn.
