Clearwater Sideways Shawl
"Today’s free crochet pattern is the Clearwater Sideways Shawl, this is a filet crochet pattern which only uses chain stitches and double crochet stitches and this is very similar to the Darla Top Down Shawl (Darla also comes in an asymmetrical version too) with it’s filet crochet straight lines. Even though the Clearwater Sideways Shawl only uses two stitches throughout it’s simplicity makes it look absolutely beautiful, if you’re not into fancy lacy stitches then this one is definitely for you. I worked my shawl using Cascade 220 Aran in the color Faded Denim and i think it really shows up those beautiful stitches which is perfect to wear to weddings or even just on a Summer’s evening."
