I really could have used this the other day while at the Doctor's office with my husband. For some reason, I was just chilled to the bone. I mentioned it to my husband that I should probably keep a sweater in the car for just such an occasion. This would be so much better than a sweater. I love this design. Thanks for sharing.

I know that this is a shawl pattern but it can be worn in more than one way as shown by the designer on her site. I agree. It can be daunting to be outside during the dog days of summer and enter a building and just about freeze your cha-cha's off because they have it so cold. I know just the other day, I got my order to go just so that I did not have to sit in that cold establishment. This would be a great item to have on hand for just such an occasion.

This is one shawl that you will like at one glance. I like the colors used, it is chic and stylish, and the size is just right. You may make a larger and longer shawl if you want this for your own use.

I so appreciate finding more and more patterns that use the Lion Brand Shawl in a Ball yarn, the newest craze. However, give us MORE and more! The yarn is amazing. It is great to work with because it just glides through my crochet hook with ease and I don't get caught up in the strands. It has a nice touch, too, and the colors are SO vibrant. Her summer shawl looks almost like a summer sunset.

This is such a pretty shawl for the winter-to-spring transition, and it is even light enough for summer! It looks so elegant and would be a nice pop of color for a plain white or black summer dress.
