Akos Sideways Shawl

"Today’s free crochet pattern is the Akos Sideways Shawl, this is another filet crochet shawl design. Filet crochet stitches creates ‘holes’ in the fabric which makes a beautifully designed shawl. This particular shawl has small chain spaces and larger chain spaces to help keep it interesting. The Akos sideways shawl pattern is a three row repeat and is quite easy to remember As always if you would prefer to have a photo tutorial it is included in the paid pattern. I ended up working this shawl using Cascade 220 Aran in the color Dusky Violet and it looks really lovely and i think the color suits it really well!"
