Stupidly Simple Pumpkin Stem Pattern

Continuing on with my seemingly never-ending yarn pumpkin obsession, today I want to share this super quick and ridiculously easy way to crochet a stem for your yarn pumpkins. I worked up this stem iteration that I think works much better for yarn pumpkins than the round stems. As a bonus, it’s also easier than the stems worked in the round and you can make the stem as long or short as you want just by changing the starting chain length. The other thing I like about this stem, is how you can bend and twist the stems to style them and give each pumpkin a unique look. "
