The Laura Fringe Infinity Scarf
"The Laura fringe infinity scarf will be your new favorite scarf! This is light weight and extremely soft. Loops & Threads Woollike yarn (85% acrylic, 15% nylon) is so soft to the touch and makes for a great wearable that won’t get too hot or itchy. The scarf is worked with 2 strands together with a clear easy to follow pattern. This can also be made with medium worsted weight yarn or any weight yarn if you prefer a thicker scarf (just make sure your beginning chains measure 54″ and is an even number of stitches). The scarf measures 54″ (27 inches folded in half) by 5″."

I really like this pattern. It's very simple. You can make it up over a weekend. I too like using two yarns like that. It took me awhile to find out only Hobby Lobby carries this brand of yarn though. Now I can get working on it for a friend in Montana.

Its a good thing that this scarf is simple to work up because its going to take a considerable amount of time to attach all that fringe. The instructions for the scarf are easy and repetitive, but I would make one big change right from the start. Since the initial chain is joined before continuing on to Double Crochet, theres no reason not to make it a Foundation DC instead.

This is a great idea that I never thought of. Using two different color yarns held together! I think because she sticks to the same color but used different shades, it provides a beautiful depth to the scarf. I am a HUGE fan of the Loops and Threads Woolike and I highly recommend it to everyone!
