Scarf of Hearts
"Woohoo! If you are into long, skinny scarves that you can wrap around multiple times and simply disappear in (like I do) this scarf is for you. This scarf is made in a combination of crochet and some cross stitching and the end result is just amazing. You first crochet the scarf (easy peasy) and cross stitch the hearts on. I have backed the scarf with some soft fabric (and explained how I did this), but this is totally optional. All in all, a scarf to love."

She took a simple single crochet scarf and added something cool and artistic to it. I would be put off by the thought of the embroidery, as well, but this looks almost too good to pass up! It might be a good way to get my practice in. Her color choices for the heart are just what I would chose to accent the light gray body of the scarf. Nice job!

This is absolutely adorable! I like the neutral, light grey color of it, and the hearts are such a cute addition!

Whew, I stressed a little for a few seconds when I went to the designers blog and saw that it was not in English, but scrolling further down her page I saw that everything is also posted in an English version for us Yanks. The hearts on this scarf are actually cross stitched onto the scarf after it is finished and not made into the scarf. Time to brush up on my old cross stitching skills again.
