I like the ombre effect of this scarf, I also like the width which is just appropriate when worn near the neck. I also like the stitches used. I think they're all hdcs and double crochets.

This is such a pretty scarf and I love how the colors blend into each other. The basic V Stitch pattern would make it lovely in just about any color although I would probably stay away from strictly short variegated yarns. The new Scarfie or Cake yarns would work really well with this pattern as the lengths between the color changes are fairly long. It would be great in a solid, too.

I love this Misty Morn Crochet Scarf pattern, it's so easy to do. I'm thinking of using a self striping purple light weight yarn to make mine for the cooler summer nights. The V stitch pattern will make a nice lacy scarf. Looking forward to doing this one. Thank you so much for this free crochet pattern.

I love anything purple, so this scarf is perfect. I really like the lace look of it and the ombre effect is so trendy!

We all need a cosy scarf for colder weather but we want a bit of glamour too. This scarf fits the bill perfectly. I love lacy designs and find them cosy and lightweight. My problem is what colour to choose. Purple is my top choice but what would you go for? Would pink be too girly for a more mature lady?
