"Crochet this very simple scarf with your favorite gradient yarn cake! Whether it's a fingering weight yarn cake from Lionbrand, Red Heart, or Scheepjes, you can use anything you like! The scarf is made with double crochet stitches and the diamond shaped overlay is made with slip stitches. The pattern is very simple and beginner-friendly. Pattern also includes a video tutorial. The scarf is 2 meters long but you can add or skip any row you prefer to create your own desired measurements."

I am loving the extra long length on this traditional rectangular scarf! It can wrap around twice, loosely, as I like to wear it. You can also let it lay relaxed and more open over the shoulders as you wrap around once and let the sides hang down. It is BEAUTIFUL! Very fun with the simple idea of slip stitches to create the windowpane look.
