"The Mermaid Dreams Cowl is a fabulous stash or scrap buster pattern! If you can single crochet and treble crochet then you can do this pattern! It is suitable for beginners who know these stitches. Written for sizes aged 2 years to adult and requires 5mm hook and 4 weight (aran) yarn. This pattern was originally designed for Operation Christmas Child in October of 2020.
