If anyone would like the directions, I can get them from my friend. But again, a locker hook must be used. If you have a Beverly's Fabrics near you they have the hook, or you can get one online.

The easiest way to make this scarf is to use a locker hook, which is a crochet hook with a hole on the end. Cotton yarn in inserted through the hole to about a double length of 24-30 inches. The yarn is basically used as if it were a knitting needle. The procedure I use is basically looping. Very easy, but not at all crocheting in the sense of the word. I have friends who have never crocheted, yet have no problem with the looping process.

I'd like to try this, too; but, do not understand the directions. The link (mentioned in the remarks below the pattern) did not work for me to see the Youtube video. Any other suggestions?

I can not get this pattern. It just goes all over the place showing her other patterns. I saw this one done on youtube and would like the pattern like it says "AllFree." but it's not.
