"This one-skein “skinny scarf” works up quickly with a simple, two-row repeat pattern. This lace crochet scarf pattern was designed to meet the donation requirements of Handmade Especially for You, a non-profit organization that distributes comfort scarves to women who have survived abuse. Skills Used Basic crochet stitches: chain, double crochet, single crochet Crocheting flat in rows, crocheting in chain spaces Skill Level Easy Finished Size Teen/Adult: 4” (10 cm) wide x 61.5” (156 cm) long. Materials Brava Worsted yarn (100% acrylic, 3.5 oz/100 g/218 yds/200 m) – 1 skein in 29242 Cake Pop Speckle, or approximately 218 yd (200 m) in any medium weight yarn. WeCrochet Bright US Size J-10/6.0 mm crochet hook, or size needed to obtain gauge. Clover bent-tip yarn needle. Gauge 15 sts in pattern = 4” (10 cm) across. Exact gauge is not critical for this project."
