I just love a one night project like this "Elegant Fringe Cowl". I would never have guessed it uses just one skein of Lion Brand bulky yarn. Time and time again, I am adding more projects to my long list of to-dos. The pattern uses just half-double crochets all the way around for several rows. Very, very easy for a beginner. Thank you for giving us this pattern!

This is a very pretty pattern. I'm glad fringe is back in style because I really like it on the edges of things, although I would probably make it a little shorter on this cowl than what is pictured here. Besides a solid color, I think an ombre or even self-patterning yarn would give this a great look.
