Spring Me Forward Triangle Scarf
"A simple repetitive pattern with big impact! A lovely scarf with the pineapple stitch taking center stage! Sometimes the simplest patterns can be the most eye catching. A video tutorial is included on website to explain how to complete the pineapple cluster stitch. The scarf is finished with an edging of double arches and it provides just the right touch here -- flirty and feminine and oh so pretty! A good-size scarf using two complete cakes of Lion Brand Mandala yarn but could be made to any size desired. Make even larger for a shawl!"
Crochet HookH/8 or 5 mm hook

This is a delightfully colorful scarf but that description of the Pineapple Stitch threw me for a few minutes. I was sure I had seen it before, and lo and behold, I have it in my files as the Bullion Stitch (named for money, not the soup). The project was a flower, and it was a nightmare. I may watch the designers embedded video of this shawl before deciding to tackle this one.

Everyone knows at this point that I am in love with triangle scarves. This puff stitch "Spring Me Forward" scarf is no exception. If you do not know how to do the puff stitch she does provide a video tutorial. I find that working with the Lion Brand Mandala yarn is a breeze!
