Dragon Slayer Scarf
"This scarf is worked horizontally, working three rows that are repeated once. This scarf uses bulky yarn but has a lacy look making not so heavy. This pattern works up quickly with ch, dc, and picot stitches. the picot stitches bring the scarf to life making it look as if you are draping a dragon tail around your neck."

I have a similar scarf pattern but it calls for regular worsted, so its not nearly as wide as this one works up to be. I think I prefer this version as skinnier scarves dont really appeal to me. Worked in just the right colors, it would look like a dragons tail as the designer suggests. I was also thinking about using two different colors, and just doubling the worsted to create the Bulky effect.

Using this yarn makes this scarf really unique. The design looks complicated when in reality it isnt too difficult. I may try it for a gift for my aunt, but i myself prefer thick cowls and infinity scarfs.
