OMG. This Color Block Cowl is so cute. It's like a choker that will just hug your neck. This will serve well to protect your neck this winter months. I love the contrast of deep and light blue. Perfect for a bright top such as fuschia or maroon for its shining moment. Wow!

This is gorgeous! I love the contrasting blue colors. I would wear this with a simple white tee to really make it stand out.
