We have a "prayer shawl ministry" in which we crochet prayer shawls, have them blessed and give them to ladies that are shut-ins or nursing homes. Along with witnessing to these ladies. Since we are small church, we run out of money to purchase the yarn. It takes about 5 skeins to do a prayer shawl. We keep to reverent colors. Is it possible for your company to give us the yarn as a charitable gift? These shawls warm and bless alot of people. Thank you for your consideration. 803-504-8314

My mom put a hook in my hands when I was 9 and taught me to make a lace edge on a hanky. Now I'm 73, retired and still using the hooks.

I started to crochet by watching my grandmother, I am left handed. Everything she did, I copied....I crochet backwards according to my daughters. I am now 75 and still do it the same way.
