Misty Grey Tunisian Poncho
"If you are a beginner at Tunisian crochet, do not feel intimidated or think that this poncho is too difficult for you to make. As a beginner, you might have probably already made a couple of Tunisian scarves or headbands. Very well so because two rectangular pieces, A and B (see figure below), are really all we need to construct the Misty Grey Tunisian Poncho. So, you can think of this poncho as a bigger scarf or a much bigger headband!"
Crochet HookK/10.5 or 6.5 mm hook, N/15 or 10 mm hook
Yarn Weight(4) Medium Weight/Worsted Weight and Aran (16-20 stitches to 4 inches)
Crochet Gauge17 sts for 10 rows in 4”, 14 sts for 14 rows in 4”

- 10.0-mm (15/N USA, 000 UK) Tunisian Crochet Hook with a wire of 105 cm (41“)
- 6.5-mm (10.5/K USA, 3 UK) Tunisian Crochet Hook with a wire of 105 cm (41“)
- Paintbox Yarns Wool Mix Aran in Kingfisher Blue (834). You will need approximately 2 balls (200 g) for sizes XS-S and M-L, and 2.5 balls (250 g) for the size XL-2XL.
- Paintbox Yarns Wool Mix Aran in Misty Grey (803). You will need approximately 7 balls (700 g) for the size M-L, 6 balls for the size XS-S, and 9 balls (900 g) for the size XL-2XL.
