Wow, where have I been? I have not seen this yarn yet. Lion Brand Shawl in A Ball with the metallic thread running through it. I have to have this yarn! This Midnight Madness Poncho pattern is well written and easy to follow. I like that she gives the directions to make it larger. I am so buying this yarn and making this poncho. The Midnight Madness Poncho is my kind of poncho. It uses the beautiful and unique Lion Brand Shawl in A Ball yarn. I am so obsessed with the metallic colorways. They make great wraps and super scarves. Last Christmas I made 6 for gifts for a friend (commissioned, of course!) I highly recommend picking up this yarn. What is the difference between Shawl In A Ball or Shawl IN A Cake? They seem exactly the same to me.
