Wow! What a great look! You know, there is a yarn that Michaels stores carries, and it is the Colorwheel yarn. It must come in about 30 different colors. You COULD go tonal on the pillow, however, I do like the color combination that the designer showed us. I like the idea of using a fabric on the back of the pillow and just using the yo-yo design for the front. A black, white, and gray color combination would look so modern and smart!

Another great pillow to add to my growing collection and another new design pattern to learn in the process. This is a very cute pillow idea and a new inspiration. The yoyos are a cute idea and this would also make a practical afghan for my family room. Love the bright and cheerful colors.

This is a great pattern to use up scraps of yarn. I like the fact that she used her sewing machine to sew the yo-yos on the fabric. I think that is a time saver. The only problem I had with the pattern was the explanation of how a yo-yo is made. Does she mean treble crochet? What is quadruple? I guess you can experiment. You could use other circular patterns and join them together. All in all it is a good idea and I will save the pattern because I have lots of scrap yarn and I always need and like pillows. Thank you.
