Also I’ve used crochet appliques for the Hat, Shamrock and a small Bow. And here they are – Mickey Leprechaun, Mickey with a Shamrock and Minnie with a Bow. I have a little granddaughter who is learning her shapes, and consequently, sees shapes everywhere in her surroundings. Thats her very artistic eye! This designer has that same talent because she can turn simple heart shapes into just about anything. There just doesnt seem to be an end to her creativity and I admire her gifts as well as her generosity in sharing her patterns with this community.

These are just too cute. I read the instructions and there is nothing to them. And they take very little yarn. So overall a great project for even a beginner. But who put orange in there? That's a huge no no. Orange was the anti Saint Patrick color. Wearing it on that day will get you pinched!
