Fine Million Dollar Red Barefoot Sandals

"Inspired by a photo shared by a friend, I fell in love with barefoot sandals a while back. Whipped up a pair in a few minutes, put them on and felt so feminine, girly and playful! Seriously, then are so much fun to prance around in -- in the house, backyard, beach... Can you imagine what a bridal party at a beach sunset wedding would look like with a collection of these? Great last minute gift, because they are super fast to make, and use a minimal yardage of yarn! Watch the tutorial video on Kristin’s YouTube Channel here: https://youtu.be/7hb2lX-TaM8"

Barefoot and sandals. I just love the concept. I love to go around barefoot when it is appropriate. I love the idea and I plan to have these for all the females in the family when we all gather at the beach next summer.

These are darling. I am a true southern girl and I love to be in my bare feet. My husband and I often ride out to the beach and these will get a lot of attention on the shore. This design is really feminine and if they get wet, no worries. It is a necessity that I make these in multiple colors, while on the beach.

I have seen some of these patterns before and have been interested in making them but I myself could not wear them as I always have to have my toes covered. I do not walk around barefoot but I sure would be tempted with these, they are beautiful. Plus, it gives you a good excuse to get a pedicure!

These barefoot sandals are cute, but will be way less expensive to make if you skip her yarn and just use stock premier #2 cotton yarns for her patterns. Her instructions though are really easy to follow along and she includes plenty of pictures and explanations that everyone should understand.

I like these Million Dollar Red Barefoot Sandals because it gives more coverage on the top of the foot than most other barefoot sandals I have seen. It's kind of more of a medallion pattern, worked round, in (I think) 5 or 6 rows. These are HOT! I would wear these for music festival season.
