"This dishcloth was crocheted with Red Heart Scrubby Cotton yarn. Red Heart sent me free samples of the Red Heart Scrubby Cotton to try. The yarn reminds me of terry cloth to the touch, it is soft and not abrasive. The cotton is more absorbent than the other scrubby yarns but it is still quick drying making it perfect for dishcloths and washcloths! You can substitute any Red Heart Scrubby Yarn, Scrubby Sparkle or Scrubby Cotton for the yarn I used in this pattern. You can also make this using a single color! Great for gifts as a dishcloth or wash cloth! Difficulty Level Beginner-Easy Finished Size 6 inches across Gauge 4 sts per inch 2 rounds per inch You can substitute any yarn and hook for this stitch pattern - just remember when you substitute if your gauge is different, the finished size of your project will also be different."

I have not had a chance to try to cotton scrubby yarn from Red Heart yet but this pattern uses it and the designer says that it is very soft and gently to your skin. These dishcloths are made in the round so they sound work up pretty quickly. The instructions are very easy to follow.
