Ive always liked the Houndstooth patternprobably because of my Brit upbringing. This project is part of the designers series on learning new stitches. She gives a full photo tutorial on working the Houndstooth Stitch, then gives specific instructions for the coaster as well as a dishcloth in three different sizes. If youre new to the stitch, youll appreciate how quick and easy the coaster is to work up. Then use your newfound knowledge on your own projects!
