Woolly Sheep Pillow
"Just in time for spring, the Woolly Sheep Pillow is a fun bit of decor that you can stitch up for your home. The pattern uses all worsted weight yarns. Chenille type yarn can be used for the sheep, which helps to give him an extra woolly appearance. This pillow is a great accessory for all your antique decor, since it has a bit of a primitive look to it. The pattern is a written pattern, and is easy to stitch."

I thought this might be a tapestry project but after reading through the instructions, Im not so sure. Although the stitch by stitch directions look like tapestry, theres no instructions to carry the unused yarn along. I do like that the designer has provided both Right and Left handed directions. This project would definitely look better worked as a pair of pillows instead of just one alone

Amazing that she can provide a left-handed version of this pattern, too. It does have a primitive country look and feel to it. It looks like it is worked up using double crochets, so that will help your work to move along at a fairly quick pace. There's a long string of written instructions, but it is not too bad.
