Upcycled Pumpkin Garland
"Decorate your home or office with this adorable Upcycled Pumpkin Garland! You can display it from the beginning of fall until Thanksgiving! You aren't limited to just creating a garland. These little pumpkins that measure 2 3/8" x 2" would make sweet little ornaments or even picture frames for small photos! This pattern is considered upcycled because you crochet around a 1" plastic ring that's found on bottles of water. Very little yarn is needed and they work up quickly once you memorize the pattern. A green wire vine was added to give each pumpkin a cute detail."

I love my husband. He recycles everything, and the other day I found him snipping my plastic rings so the critters wouldnt catch their necks in them. Bless his heart, he didnt know I was saving them for this project. He did offer to go to the store for more bottles of soda, but that sort of defeats the purpose. Good thing ponytail bands work just as well or Id have to put off this project until next year.
