It seems like we grandparents are the ones who are doing the most air travel, but I can always use this idea for gift cards. They are absolutely our familys go to gift because we dont have to worry about shipping heavy packages. Some gift cards are available in e-Gift form, but the grandkids prefer ones they can hold in their hands. They love the independence of shopping all by themselves!

Have you seen the Red Heart Scubby Smoothie yarn in the local stores yet? I have always noticed that Michaels is not as well stocked in holiday yarns as JoAnn Fabrics is. Why is that? I primarily shop at Michaels. I do love a good classic Christmas colorway in the red, green, and white. What a great way to spend some of my free time in the evenings, whipping a bunch of these up for my girlfriends and possibly filling them with Starbucks gift cards -)

I haven't seen any at JoAnn's but will be heading there today. Our JoAnn's has a much larger selection of yarn than our Michaels.
