This delightfully silly hat is sure to charm some youngster in your life. Its a wonderful scrapbuster, too, because once you have the basic beanie shape, the color and design of the trimmings are up to you. Although the designer originally created the hat for Halloween, I know several little grandsons who would love to wear it any time of year.
